Refund policy

Baking sourdough products requires 2-3 days to complete. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, we kindly ask for a minimum of 3 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made after this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your purchase.

Since our products are made to order and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
